We offer Complimentary Standard Shipping via Royal Mail Signed Delivery on all UK orders. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for complimentary Standard. Thank you for your patience.
Once we have shipped your order, we will send you an email with shipping details and tracking number. Follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.
You, or an authorised person, must sign for your order upon arrival. This ensures your purchases are safely delivered to you.
Unfortunately, at this time we cannot ship to addresses to Jersey or Guernsey and cannot ship to any addresses situated outside the United Kingdom.
Return & Refund
At HALVES, we are committed to providing high-quality, luxury sustainable fashion products. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and you may need to return an item. This refund policy outlines your rights and our obligations in a fair and transparent process for our customers.
You may return any product ordered on our website for a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery date.
Conditions for Returns
• All product(s) must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging and wrap (including, if possible, the original delivery box). The bottom portion of the original invoice must be provided with any return.
• Product(s) that have been worn, used, altered, or washed will not be eligible for a refund.
• We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or another style, we invite you to return your product(s) and order again from our website.
• Sale merchandise is final sale. We do not offer price adjustments on previously purchased product(s).
• Customers must notify us of their intention to return an item within 14 days of receipt via our customer service email at assistance@halveslondon.co.uk. Upon notification, customers will receive a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return the product(s).
• In order to receive a refund, product(s) will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
• YOU MUST CHECK THAT YOUR SHIPMENT IS CORRECT ON DELIVERY. IF THERE ARE ANY DISCREPANCIES IN YOUR ORDER, FOR EXAMPLE DAMAGED OR MISSING GOODS, WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER, YOU SHOULD NOTE THE NATURE OF THE PROBLEM BY HAND, IF POSSIBLE, ON THE DELIVERY NOTICE, AND SIGN. YOU MUST CONTACT US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BUT NO LATER THAN TEN (10) DAYS AFTER RECEIVING THE DELIVERY. PLEASE KEEP ALL PACKAGING INCLUDING SHIPPING BOX FOR PHOTOS AND PROOF FOR CLAIM.
