Before ordering any Product from www.halveslondon.co.uk (« HALVES »), we invite you to carefully  read the entirety of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (« GTC »).

These GTC govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website,  you agree to be bound by these Terms. When you order products (« Products »), you  unreservedly accept and agree to comply with the GTC. If you refuse to accept these GTC,  please do not use our services.  

2. Conditions for Shopping at Halves

2.1 You may only purchase products from HALVES if you are a user understood as an end  consumer. If you are a professional reseller or distributor, you may not make purchases via our  website, please call us at +44(0)7438296708. To ensure a better quality of service and  availability of its Products to all users of the site, HALVES reserves the right to limit the  quantity of Products that can be purchased by a user. 

2.2 You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our website, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. HALVES cannot be held responsible for any  misrepresentation of the age of users. 

2.3 We reserve the right to cancel or reject orders that appear to have been placed by  professional resellers or distributors 

3. Products and Descriptions 

HALVES offers a range of luxury sustainable leather products, including but not limited to garments (trench coats, bomber jackets, overshirts), accessories (carried and worn), and other leather goods. Due to the unique nature of our products, customers are encouraged to review their selections carefully and reach out for sizing or styling support before completing their purchases.

4. Prices and Payment 

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT, which is totalled at checkout. We accept various  payment methods as specified on our website. 

5. Order Processing and Delivery 

5.1 During the ordering procedure, we will inform you of the time required for delivery and  the various forms of delivery available for the goods purchased. In some cases, such as delivery 

to the Scottish Islands (which can take two (2) to five (5) working days), certain delivery options may not be available or may take longer. Some products may be subject to delivery  delays. If your order, or a part of your order, is not able to ship without material delay, customer  service will contact you to provide more details and an estimated shipping date. 

Orders placed on public holidays, after 9 pm BST, and on Sundays are processed on the next working day. 

Delivery times and availability may vary based on your location. 

5.2 HALVES covers the cost of standard carbon-conscious delivery using the most carbon conscious delivery company in the UK. 

Standard Delivery: Complimentary carbon-conscious delivery usually between one (1) and  three (3) working days (may take longer for Scottish Islands). 

Expedited Delivery: Available at an additional cost of £15.00. Usually one (1) to two (2)  working days (this option is not available for the Scottish Islands). 

Same-Day Delivery: Available at an additional cost of £30.00. London only. 

6. Return and Refund Policy

See our Shipping, Package Protection, 3z and Return Policy for more information. However,  you have the right to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order, please call us at +44(0)7438296708 as soon as possible, and we will make every effort to accommodate your  request. In order to cancel an order that has already shipped, please return your order once  received in accordance with our returns policy. 

Please note: Due to the unique nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges. Customers  are encouraged to review their selections carefully before completing their purchases.

8. Limitation of Liability

HALVES will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from  the use of our website or products. Our total liability to you for any damages arising out of or  related to these GTC will not exceed the amount paid by you for the products.

HALVES reserves the right to update or modify these GTC at any time without prior notice.  Your continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 

These GTC are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.  Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be subject to the  exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
